Warranty Coverage for New Spas Only

The AquaRest Spas warranty covers the following:

• Shell: 5 years
• Plumbing Components: 1 year
• Electrical Components: 1 year
• Insulating Cover: 1 year
• Labor: 90 days
• Limitations and Exclusions

Aquarest Warranty PDF

The AquaRest Spas warranty does not cover the following:

• Routine maintenance, such as tightening jets, lubricating O-rings, changing/cleaning filters, chemical checks and adjustments, or anything else that would be considered routine maintenance.
• Wearable parts, such as filters, pillows, waterfall, LED lights, light bulbs, fuses, and pump seals.
• Damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, improper installation, exposure to fire or excessive heat, acts of god, or any damage due to improperly maintained water chemistry.
• Commercial or rental applications.
• Umbrella, step, handrail, or cover lifter (if supplied).
• Rotationally molded polyethylene body for bending, twisting, bowing, warping, gloss, texture, fit, color fastness, or chemical staining such as aroma oils; bath bombs; sanitization chemicals, etc.

Warranty Coverage for Blemished Spas Only

All factory blemished hot tubs are covered by a 90-day parts warranty. This warranty protects against any defects in materials or workmanship that affect the structural integrity, functionality, or performance of the hot tub. Cosmetic blemishes are specifically excluded from warranty coverage.

Returns

In the event that you are not 100% satisfied with your new spa, you have up to 30 days from the date you receive your spa to return it for a refund of the purchase price, less the actual transportation cost to ship the spa to you.

Customers shall be responsible for transportation and any other associated costs to return the spa to the factory.

Customers shall be responsible for all freight charges associated with canceled orders if the spa has shipped from the factory.
