Unlike most cold plunge units available today that require the user to select either hot or cold individually the CTX is a complete contrast therapy machine that combines hot and cold therapy at the same time, best of all the complete therapy machine plugs into a standard 120V outlet.

The CTX 200's Cold Plunge side provides a refreshing cold water therapy area to reduce inflammation and accelerate recovery with temperatures as low as 40 degrees Fahrenheit
The CTX 2000's Hot Tub offers everything you would expect from a high quality spa - soothing hot water with powerful massage jets to relieve muscle tension and promote relaxation with a max temperature of 104 degrees Fahrenheit
The Easy Kleen 100% filtration system features 28 square foot filters ensures the best-in-class filtration and water quality that you would expect from any AquaRest Spa, all while easily plugging in to a standard 120V outlet
The CTX 2000 is designed with ease of installation and convenience in mind. It's efficient 6' x 6' foot print ensures that it will fit comfortably in many backyard or outdoor spaces. Simply set your spa in place, plug it inot a standard 120V outlet, fill with water, and enjoy.
Delivery & Returns
Once your spa leaves our facility, it will arrive within 15 business days. The spa will then be delivered curbside to your home. Please read our comprehensive shipping / delivery guide here.
In the event you are not 100% satisfied with your new spa, we offer returns up to 30 days from the date you receive your spa to return it for a refund of the purchase price, although a $550 freight cost, as well as any other return related costs will be deducted from your refund.
You can cancel your order any time prior to leaving the factory, although a $50 cancellation fee will apply. If you cancel your order while in transit you will be responsible for any freight cost incurred.
RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS
30 Day Return
In the event you are not 100% satisfied with your new spa, you have up to 30 days from the date you receive your spa to return it for a refund of the purchase price with the following conditions:
1. The outbound freight cost of $550. will be deducted from your refund.
2. The return transportation and any other associated cost is the customer’s responsibility.
3. Refunds will not be processed until the spa has been returned to the factory and inspected.
CANCELLATIONS
1. You can cancel your order any time prior to leaving the factory, there will be a $50 processing fee for all cancelled orders.
2. If you cancel your order while in transit you will be responsible for any freight cost incurred.
