Delivery & Returns
Once your spa leaves our facility, it will arrive within 15 business days. The spa will then be delivered curbside to your home. Please read our comprehensive shipping / delivery guide here.
In the event you are not 100% satisfied with your new spa, we offer returns up to 30 days from the date you receive your spa to return it for a refund of the purchase price, although a $550 freight cost, as well as any other return related costs will be deducted from your refund.
You can cancel your order any time prior to leaving the factory, although a $50 cancellation fee will apply. If you cancel your order while in transit you will be responsible for any freight cost incurred.

Powerful jets quiet motor friction heater heats tub efficiently. Disagree with previous review. Picture shows tub with air supply off so no jet action. Highly recommend.
If you're looking for an affordable tub of hot water, give it a go.
Just so you know this tub has to have jets running to heat the water.
It doesn't have a dedicated heater and circulation pump like more expensive tubs.
This means that depending on your temp it could run at any time to maintain that temp depending on the outside ambient temp in your area. I set it at 104F which is the max.
If it's placed near a bedroom you might hear it when the pump is running so consider that when your placing it.
The side panels are very flimsy and when you take off the panel to locate the power plug (on the side with the control panel) it will be almost impossible to re-use the same holes when it was installed from the factory. It's not a big deal as you just replace the screws as close as possible.
The jets are adequate when the air adjustment knobs are opened but for faster heating I would recommend not opening them.
The seating in the 2800L is good. All the seats are comfy with padded headrest and the lounger is a very nice addition.
They did forget to include the screw on nut that holds the filter in place but after notifying them they shipped it to us quickly.
When it arrived the two guys helped us get it to the backyard, with the help of a small tip that is. Your results may vary but it weighed about 410lbs. so a few big guys and a dolly will get the job done.
Overall after a couple weeks we are pleased. Considering they include the steps and a cover for the price you can't beat it. Plus free shipping!
RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS

In the event you are not 100% satisfied with your new spa, you have up to 30 days from the date you receive your spa to return it for a refund of the purchase price with the following conditions:
1. The outbound freight cost of $550. will be deducted from your refund.
2. The return transportation and any other associated cost is the customer’s responsibility.
3. Refunds will not be processed until the spa has been returned to the factory and inspected.
CANCELLATIONS
1. You can cancel your order any time prior to leaving the factory, there will be a $50 processing fee for all cancelled orders.
2. If you cancel your order while in transit you will be responsible for any freight cost incurred.
