RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS
30 Day Return
In the event you are not 100% satisfied with your new spa, you have up to 30 days from the date you receive your spa to return it for a refund of the purchase price with the following conditions:
1. The outbound freight cost of $550. will be deducted from your refund.
2. The return transportation and any other associated cost is the customer’s responsibility.
3. Refunds will not be processed until the spa has been returned to the factory and inspected.
CANCELLATIONS
1. You can cancel your order any time prior to leaving the factory, there will be a $50 processing fee for all cancelled orders.
2. If you cancel your order while in transit you will be responsible for any freight cost incurred.
We have had our hot tub for about a month and we got the one that came with the cover and the steps we love it. Everything about it is so simple and it feels super high-quality and meets all our needs like the special features like the colored lighting and the waterfall and there’s cupholders -even a little cooler built-in ! All we did do was prepare the ground, my husband & one friend moved it!! Plug in & fill with water!The cover is super simple and lightweight and easy to move up and down and the steps we got have little planter spaces in each side right now we’re using that to keep the chemicals and stuff they’re really pretty , and we so far are very happy with it
Easy to install, we had a tractor though to move it behind our house. It pushes easily by hand with a couple people once flat though. Simple to upgrade with electrician if you want it to heat faster. We love it and use it everyday

Little difficult moving to back yard location, and had to prime the pump after filling spa but other than that we are enjoying the unit.
