We have had our hot tub for about a month and we got the one that came with the cover and the steps we love it. Everything about it is so simple and it feels super high-quality and meets all our needs like the special features like the colored lighting and the waterfall and there’s cupholders -even a little cooler built-in ! All we did do was prepare the ground, my husband & one friend moved it!! Plug in & fill with water!The cover is super simple and lightweight and easy to move up and down and the steps we got have little planter spaces in each side right now we’re using that to keep the chemicals and stuff they’re really pretty , and we so far are very happy with it
For the most part, our Hot Tub is Nice. Wish the lights inside it were higher, brighter and a couple more as well. For he Steps, we had to drill holes thru the bottom for the Plant Holder Parts to be able to drain. Also for the Handle, we had to cut around the hole inserts a large amount, as the handle would not fit into it. Not real keen on it not keeping Hot for long when we are in it either. Only in it for a Max of 30 mins. and seems to cool off pretty darn fast.

This SPA is by far best value for the money nowadays. Everything you need is there. Literally plug and play.
I recommend to vacuum bottom before water fill otherwise you'll find small plastic shavings in filter.
Lounge is my favorite spot although I still don't know how to prevent surface floating.
Deeply recommended, buy with confidence if you need comfortable 4 people hot tub. It does have 6 seats but it would be really crowded.
Ready to use once it is dropped in your desired location. Make sure you turn down the jet flow during the warming period and have it filter every two hours to maintain the temperature in colder climates.
