AquaRest Spas is proud to introduce one of its newest spas, the DayDream 3500L.  The DayDream 3500L isa 6-person spa packed with features that help make your spa experience the best it can be.  It starts with comfort.  Your DayDream 3500L features a beautifully contoured lounger and lumbar arch-supported captain’s seats, along with a cool off seat/interior step.  Each seat features an array of stainless steel jets that are strategically placed to provide hydrotherapy to specific muscle groups.  The 35 stainless steel jets are powered by the top-of-the-line Jacuzzi pump.  Every DayDream 3500L includes a factory installed AquaPure Ozone purification system.  An “ozonator”, as it’s called, helps kill contaminates in the water and works in conjunction with your chemicals.  This feature means that you can spend more time enjoying your spa and less time maintaining your spa.  It can also reduce your need for chemicals by up to 75%.

Your DayDream 3500L includes the Ambiance Lighting pacakge that consists of an interior LED waterfall and exterior LED accent lighting, each with 9 different color settings, so you can set the mood for any setting.  The DayDream 3500L also saves you trips to the refrigerator because every spa includes a built-in cooler so you can store and keep your beverages cold, and don’t forget the 8 cup holders that will keep your drinks safe and dry.

You get to choose how you want to hook up your DayDream 3500L.  It comes standard with a 15-amp GFCI cord, allowing you to simply plug-n-play, or you can choose to have a licensed electrician convert your spa to standard 240-volt.  There is no need to daydream any longer, The DayDream 3500L is a feature rich hot tub at an affordable price.  Locking safety cover and factory warranty included.

RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS

30 Day Return

In the event you are not 100% satisfied with your new spa, you have up to 30 days from the date you receive your spa to return it for a refund of the purchase price with the following conditions:

1.     The outbound freight cost of $550. will be deducted from your refund.

2.     The return transportation and any other associated cost is the customer’s responsibility.

3.     Refunds will not be processed until the spa has been returned to the factory and inspected.

CANCELLATIONS

1.     You can cancel your order any time prior to leaving the factory, there will be a $50 processing fee for all cancelled orders.

2.     If you cancel your order while in transit you will be responsible for any freight cost incurred.

My favorite purchase

I love this spa! I was so nervous to order such a large purchase online but it’s been the best purchase in years. The ordering and delivery process was smooth. Once we had it in place, the set up was easy. We opted for plug and play because we wanted to make sure we loved it before setting up the electricity outside. I was concerned about the jet pressure since it was just plug and play but jets are still good. The only downside with plug and play is that it did take a couple of days to warm to temperature and if you have jets on, it will get a little cooler before you get out. Ours drops 1-2 degrees after being in it with jets running for 15-30 minutes so it’s not a big concern of ours. When we got it, one of the lights became dislodged and we thought it was broken. We contacted customer service and they were so great to work with. Explained that it wasn’t broken and just dislodged relayed to shopping, explained to me how to fix it, and send me some complimentary filters for my trouble. The spa is really comfortable and relaxing. I love the lights and ability to change, the waterfall, so many cup holders, and drink cooler. It has a lot of features. The cost is great. I went to a hot tub dealer before opting for an online purchase and was quoted almost $20k not including set prep and electricity. I think this one does the job for a fraction of the cost. I’ve had mine for 6 months and I’ve used it almost every night. My only regret is not buying sooner.

So far so good

So far so good. It was very easy to set up and not that hard to move with a few friends. The directions are really bad.
You have to remove the side panel to get to the plug. But once you get it, it’s plug and go.
I am missing parts (we might have missed place them but) I haven’t been able to reach anyone to request a replacement. I need the screws for the cover and the jet key.
