Delivery & Returns
Once your spa leaves our facility, it will arrive within 15 business days. The spa will then be delivered curbside to your home. Please read our comprehensive shipping / delivery guide here.
In the event you are not 100% satisfied with your new spa, we offer returns up to 30 days from the date you receive your spa to return it for a refund of the purchase price, although a $550 freight cost, as well as any other return related costs will be deducted from your refund.
You can cancel your order any time prior to leaving the factory, although a $50 cancellation fee will apply. If you cancel your order while in transit you will be responsible for any freight cost incurred.

This hot tub is such an incredible value! I love everything about it. From ease of setup and use, to style and function, we couldn't be happier!
For the price I was a bit worried and did notice some very minor issues but has worked well so far. It worked on 110v, then I added 220v 40 amp, followed the conversion instructions and fired right up. After 1.5 hours the temperature rose 11 degrees. It has maintained 97 degrees with ease and my family is happy.
So far it is better than I expected...good value for the money...delivery was good just to driveway but with a little help from friends and moving straps we got it to the back yard and the plug and play is nice to get set up...will probably get wired for the 240 later, as it does cool down when running jets. the side panels of skirting are flimsy but at the cost guess what would expect. Cover had a broken clip but customer service was great and got replacement ones out quickly. Time will tell how if holds up.
This product is awesome! Set up was simple and it didn't take terribly long to fill. The jets feel amazing. We forgot to heat it up before we got in it the first time...duh. Love all the cup holders. The headrests are great too. Would definitely recommend.
This hot tub is exactly what I wanted. Not many bells and whistles and less things to break. Very solid tub with a big heater and just enough jets. If you just want a sturdy workhorse that gets you into water therapy efficiently then this tub is really nice.
RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS
30 Day Return
In the event you are not 100% satisfied with your new spa, you have up to 30 days from the date you receive your spa to return it for a refund of the purchase price with the following conditions:
1. The outbound freight cost of $550. will be deducted from your refund.
2. The return transportation and any other associated cost is the customer’s responsibility.
3. Refunds will not be processed until the spa has been returned to the factory and inspected.
CANCELLATIONS
1. You can cancel your order any time prior to leaving the factory, there will be a $50 processing fee for all cancelled orders.
2. If you cancel your order while in transit you will be responsible for any freight cost incurred.
