Delivery & Returns
Once your spa leaves our facility, it will arrive within 15 business days. The spa will then be delivered curbside to your home. Please read our comprehensive shipping / delivery guide here.
In the event you are not 100% satisfied with your new spa, we offer returns up to 30 days from the date you receive your spa to return it for a refund of the purchase price, although a $550 freight cost, as well as any other return related costs will be deducted from your refund.
You can cancel your order any time prior to leaving the factory, although a $50 cancellation fee will apply. If you cancel your order while in transit you will be responsible for any freight cost incurred.
My wife and I weren't in the market for a hot tub, but this one caught my eye and was on sale. The triangle shape and small size made it a great fit for the corner of our deck.
We haven't used it too much yet in the summer, but I've thoroughly enjoyed my soaks so far. I especially like that one seat is more upright and the other is a lounger. The jets are perfectly adequate. And the fact that I could just plug it in made getting started extremely easy. In our mild weather, I can get it to heat roughly 2 degrees/hour, so it does require some planning if you're on 120V. However, I was really surprised to see how little electricity it actually takes to maintain a good temp. (Pennies, not dollars.) I am definitely looking forward to getting it on a 240 line, though.
My only gripe so far has been getting into the access panel. The recessed screws were difficult to get at and remove, not to mention replace. Some sort of quick-release mechanism would've been great appreciated. But, I won't need to get in there very often, so it's not a big deal.
If you enjoy a hot soak and have a little space, I can highly recommend this one!
Compared to other older technology, this tub is simple, and it works, Other hot tubs I've had were tedious to install and run. This one just works.

Hot tub showed up in a timely manner with no problems I have enjoyed my peaceful time in it with a glass wine.
I have 5 of these on different properties and have very little maintenance. They have been reliable for me over the years. Quality is great.
Very happy with the customer support during the purchase and shipping. All arrived well packaged and secure.
I did find the installation instructions less than clear and a tad confusing as were the manufacturer's videos. Also, the GFCI plug on the power cord is way to large to fit into the in-use weather outlet covers available through most building supply retailers.

1. The outbound freight cost of $550. will be deducted from your refund.
2. The return transportation and any other associated cost is the customer’s responsibility.
3. Refunds will not be processed until the spa has been returned to the factory and inspected.
