DISCOVER Premium 400

I purchased this hot tub just over a month ago and have been in it every night stretching. I wake up feeling so much better, my muscles are not sore and I’m able to continue either biking or jogging every day. Dave was fantastic guiding me to which hot tub would work best for me and delivery was just as easy. The chemicals are easy and the water has been so clean. Happy I went with the premium 400 and very happy with my purchase overall.

We are really enjoying the hot tub. So glad we went with the pump and heater upgrade because we are in it even when it's snowing. The tub claims it a four person tub but the reality is that for four adults to be in it will overflow the tub even if the water level starts just over the top jet. Couple of small complaints, the access door screw heads stripped out the first time I opened it and that access door does not make provisions for keeping local wildlife out. also the chemical kit I bought with tub does not come with enough information for a rookie to successfully treat the water from the start. and why on earth would you send out a chemical kit that had 10 water test strips in it? Overall we believe the hot tub was a great investment and we expect to get years of enjoyment from it.
