We had an inflatable hot tub for about 3 years. We had to replace the liner once then the top because of our blistering Florida sun. Then there was a recall on the pump so we said, enough is enough.
We purchased the Select 400 because it fit our budget. The truck driver put the tub on the grass as we asked and removed the pallet for us. He was exceptional.
We moved it to the back yard on a slide, set it up and then filled it up.
We actually tried it out this morning at 5:00 a.m!
We love it and I believe we will continue to love it.
We have had our hot tub for about a month and we got the one that came with the cover and the steps we love it. Everything about it is so simple and it feels super high-quality and meets all our needs like the special features like the colored lighting and the waterfall and there’s cupholders -even a little cooler built-in ! All we did do was prepare the ground, my husband & one friend moved it!! Plug in & fill with water!The cover is super simple and lightweight and easy to move up and down and the steps we got have little planter spaces in each side right now we’re using that to keep the chemicals and stuff they’re really pretty , and we so far are very happy with it
My wife and I weren't in the market for a hot tub, but this one caught my eye and was on sale. The triangle shape and small size made it a great fit for the corner of our deck.
We haven't used it too much yet in the summer, but I've thoroughly enjoyed my soaks so far. I especially like that one seat is more upright and the other is a lounger. The jets are perfectly adequate. And the fact that I could just plug it in made getting started extremely easy. In our mild weather, I can get it to heat roughly 2 degrees/hour, so it does require some planning if you're on 120V. However, I was really surprised to see how little electricity it actually takes to maintain a good temp. (Pennies, not dollars.) I am definitely looking forward to getting it on a 240 line, though.
My only gripe so far has been getting into the access panel. The recessed screws were difficult to get at and remove, not to mention replace. Some sort of quick-release mechanism would've been great appreciated. But, I won't need to get in there very often, so it's not a big deal.
If you enjoy a hot soak and have a little space, I can highly recommend this one!
We were a little hesitant because a hot tub is a big purchase. After looking at reviews and watching videos on YouTube we decided to go ahead and purchase one. We have loved it! We contacted customer service to find out when it would be shipped a few weeks after we bought it and they were nice and well organized about the info.
Since we’ve received the hot tub we’ve used it a bunch of times. We’ve had 0 issues with it. The only complaint I have is the cup holders are not even and bend down. So none of them can be used and the jets are not super powerful (but powerful enough that we are not bothered by it) Otherwise, it’s a great hot tub!
Custer service was so very helpful, with me in getting the right filter for my hot tub. Definitely will buy all my accessories from here!

We love love our premium 300 ! We have been looking at this model for a couple of years. We finally made the decision and ordered one. Dave should get an award for customer service. He promised a delivery date and we got it that day! We were in it the next night. I would recommend this spa to anyone! Easy to set up and maintain.
I am very pleased with my purchase. I went from an 8 person hot tub, to a four person. I think the cost of running it is going to be a big savings. I also love the waterfall.
We have only had a little over month. It heated up full on 110v in two days. We discovered the spa cover had a tear and they replaced it within a week or so and were easy to get ahold of and responsive.
Bought the factory second Elite 500. It was shipped and delivered on time. Expected to be able to see defects in the finish but was pleasantly surprised. The tub looks great. Works great. Would recommend to anyone.
